American Rare Earths is developing its 100% owned magnet metals projects, Halleck Creek in Wyoming and La Paz in Arizona. Both have potential to be among the largest rare earths deposits in North America. Recent drilling at its flagship project in Halleck Creek authenticates its exploration target of over a billion tonnes.
American Rare Earths is well positioned to be a key domestic US rare earths supplier. The company’s vision is to become the only American pure play rare earth mine producer ranging from the exploration and mining of raw rare earths to its full processing.
Both American Rare Earths projects contain very low penalty elements such as radioactive thorium and uranium. In addition, both deposit locations benefit from excellent local infrastructure – electricity, gas and water – as well as local and federal government support in mining friendly jurisdictions.
The company is concurrently evaluating other exploration opportunities while collaborating with US Government supported R&D to develop a sustainable domestic supply chain for the renewable future.
American Rare Earths Limited (ASX: ARR, OTCQB: ARRNF) is emerging as an alternative international supply chain to China's market dominance of a global rare earth market expected to expand to US$20 billion by the mid-2020s. The company’s objective is to become a key supplier of the crucial materials needed to support America’s green economy and national defense.
