Caitlin Gardner is a PhD candidate in the Discipline of Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship. She has an interest in the impact of industry-level transition on regional Australian communities. Her PhD research focuses on collective identity and attachment to place in Hunter Valley coal mining communities.
Caitlin has previously worked as a Human Resources Advisor for a national scientific research organisation, and as a Project Manager for a small family business in the agricultural sector.
