As a Sector Lead in the Project & Structured Finance team, Dan works with customers across the mining and natural resources sector to provide finance solutions to support Australian exports.
The Project & Structured Finance team is responsible for the origination, execution, and delivery of financing solutions to support export-related and infrastructure projects. The team also supports the Australian government to meet strategic initiatives and targeted objectives, including the critical minerals sector.
Dan has over 20 years of financial experience in the energy and resources sector. Prior to joining Export Finance Australia, Dan was a Director, Resources, Energy & Infrastructure in the Institutional Banking team at ANZ and in the Resources Finance team in the Investment Banking Division at Rand Merchant Bank.
Dan holds a Master of Commerce from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of South Africa. He is also a Chartered Accountant in Australia and New Zealand.
