Mines and Money @ Resourcing Tomorrow will return to London in 2024
Europe's leading mining investment event will return to the Business Design Centre in London from 3 – 5 December 2024.
As Europe's largest mining investment forum, you will hear from some of the greatest leaders in mining, investment, and finance with more than 250 speakers providing the latest market commentary, project updates and insights in tackling the big challenges facing the industry.
Throughout the three-day conference programme, you’ll also hear project updates from more than 100 mining companies, enabling investors to understand management’s vision for the business, the level of financing required, the upsides as well as the risks involved with the project, along with some of the most compelling reasons to invest.
Dan West is Director of Public Policy at Rivian, an independent US manufacturer of all-electric pickups, SUVs and delivery vans.
In his three years with the company, Dan has led a range of government affairs work including federal and state lobbying, manufacturing and workforce incentives, and sustainability advocacy. Prior to Rivian, Dan worked on federal climate policy in various roles in Washington, DC, including in the United States Senate, NASA legislative affairs, and international environmental non-profits. Dan is originally from Missoula, Montana and now resides in Seattle, Washington. He has a B.A. in physics from Lewis and Clark College, and an M.S. in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
