In addition, Fiorella has developed an innovative anthropological methodology to characterize and evaluate impacts on the collective rights of indigenous communities. She has also been actively involved in sustainable investment initiatives in emerging countries.
As a Partner in Latam and Head of Investor Relations at Embellie Advisory, a firm specializing in social strategies, ESG, Due Diligence and investment development, Fiorella plays a key role in promoting responsible and sustainable business practices. In addition, Fiorella is a key partner of Innova Project Consulting, a company dedicated to the implementation of Integrated Management Systems.
Her experience includes a period as advisor to the Vice Minister of Mines of Peru and collaboration with the Inter-American Development Bank in the improvement of a women's empowerment program in areas affected by mining. She has worked with the Ministry of Energy and Mines of Peru and Ecuador in the formulation of strategies to attract investment in the mining sector.
Fiorella possesses a dual academic background with degrees in both law and psychology. Furthermore, she has earned an MBA from MCA Business School in the United States, a Master's in Management and Team Leadership from Isabel I University in Spain, and holds certifications in Indigenous Peoples Studies from Columbia University. Additionally, she has completed specialized studies in Law at the European University of Madrid (Spain) and delved into Finance through courses at the University of Cambridge.
