Grid Metals Corp. ( TSXV:GRDM OTCQB:MSMGF) is an exploration and development company focused on critical metals in Manitoba Canada. The Company is currently completing resource drilling at its Donner Lake Lithium Property where it has an MOU with the Tanco Mine to enable the establishment ol a toll milling operation. In addition to resource and exploration drilling in 2023 the Company will complete a bulk sample at Tanco.

Grids' Makwa Mayville is a Ni-Cu-PGM-Co project with a NI 43-101 resource where drilling and project development is ongoing.

Both properties are located in southeastern Manitoba which has low cost hydroelectric power and excellent infrastructure.

The Company is well capitalized and has a strong technical team.
