Mines and Money @ Resourcing Tomorrow will return to London in 2024
Europe's leading mining investment event will return to the Business Design Centre in London from 3 – 5 December 2024.
As Europe's largest mining investment forum, you will hear from some of the greatest leaders in mining, investment, and finance with more than 250 speakers providing the latest market commentary, project updates and insights in tackling the big challenges facing the industry.
Throughout the three-day conference programme, you’ll also hear project updates from more than 100 mining companies, enabling investors to understand management’s vision for the business, the level of financing required, the upsides as well as the risks involved with the project, along with some of the most compelling reasons to invest.
With more than 30 years of experience in the mining industry, Guy Belleau is an exceptional mining executive who has held strategic positions in some of the largest mining companies in Quebec and Canada.
Over the course of his career, he has held the positions of Operations Manager for ArcelorMittal Mines Canada, General Manager of Mining for Falco Resources and General Manager of Mining for Goldcorp's Éléonore mine, where he oversaw every stage of mine construction and operation. He also played a key role in the successful negotiations with local communities and in the public hearings of the Environmental and Social Impact Review Committee (COMEX) for this project.
Trained as a mining engineer, Guy Belleau also chaired the Board of Directors of Quebec's National Mining Institute (INMQ) from 2018 to 2022.
He is thrilled to be contributing to the mobility of the future, and takes great pride in Quebec's becoming one of the spearheads of this global revolution.
