Europe's leading mining investment event will return to the Business Design Centre in London from 3 – 5 December 2024.
As Europe's largest mining investment forum, you will hear from some of the greatest leaders in mining, investment, and finance with more than 250 speakers providing the latest market commentary, project updates and insights in tackling the big challenges facing the industry.
Throughout the three-day conference programme, you’ll also hear project updates from more than 100 mining companies, enabling investors to understand management’s vision for the business, the level of financing required, the upsides as well as the risks involved with the project, along with some of the most compelling reasons to invest.
Dr. Henry Steel is a Portfolio Manager at Odey Asset Management LLP.
He joined Odey in 2015 as an analyst covering global equity long/short and derivatives across all portfolios at Odey. His primary focus is on mining, oil, gas, power and other utilities. Mr. Steel worked at Rio Tinto for over three years in the roles of Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and as a special advisor to the Head of Corporate Development. He has also worked at Marathon Asset Management and GLG Partners as a research analyst.He graduated with a B.A. in Economics and Management from Oxford University in 2011. He completed the Masters in Finance programme at London Business School in 2015.
