The Company was formed in June 2019 through the merger of Intermin Resources and MacPhersons Resources. Horizon has a large, growing resource base of 1.2 million ounces within its 1,100km2 land package and a clear development strategy. At the 507koz Boorara deposit, the Company has an ideal location to establish a processing facility in close proximity to a large baseload feed source with excellent metallurgy and growth potential. Boorara has approvals in place for an open pit mine development and the construction of a new processing facility.
