The project has a total prospective area of approximately 22km2, comprised of two sedimentary basins - South Basin (~8km2) and North Basin (~14km2).
The current South Basin Mineral Resource is 360Mt containing 3.4Mt lithium carbonate equivalent and 14.1Mt Boric Acid equivalent. The Mineral Resource sits within a 3km2 area, which includes the 60Mt Ore Reserve supporting the initial 26-year mine life for phase one. Lithium and boron mineralisation remains open to the North, South and East, providing significant potential for further Resource growth.
The North Basin hosts known lithium and boron mineralisation with limited drilling and offers another significant growth opportunity.
Phase one is in the final stage of permitting and primed to commence construction with binding lithium offtake agreements with Ford, Toyota/Panasonic JV and Ecopro and conditional commitments for both debt and equity totalling nearly US$1.2 billion.
