Mines and Money @ Resourcing Tomorrow will return to London in 2024
Europe's leading mining investment event will return to the Business Design Centre in London from 3 – 5 December 2024.
As Europe's largest mining investment forum, you will hear from some of the greatest leaders in mining, investment, and finance with more than 250 speakers providing the latest market commentary, project updates and insights in tackling the big challenges facing the industry.
Throughout the three-day conference programme, you’ll also hear project updates from more than 100 mining companies, enabling investors to understand management’s vision for the business, the level of financing required, the upsides as well as the risks involved with the project, along with some of the most compelling reasons to invest.
Kevin’s career began in 1975 as an apprentice electrician at Elsecar colliery in South Yorkshire, becoming mine Electrical Engineer at several underground coal mines. Kevin became Head of Major Projects for UK Coal before forming a mining contracting organisation as General Manager of Centechnology UK Ltd, wholly owned by UK Coal.
Kevin took up the role as Head of Mining Services for Hargreaves Industrial Services and set up a company in India providing mining contracting and consultancy.
In 2020 Kevin moved to his current role as Managing Director of Brownlee Cale Ltd providing competent mining people solutions, currently working with Redpath Deilmann UK Ltd on the Anglo American Woodsmith Project providing recruitment and mining consultancy.
Kevin is a Past President of the Midlands Institute of Mining Engineers, current President of ABMEC and sits on the Mining Qualifications Committee and the Mines Engineering Liaison Committee collaborating with all industry stakeholders.
