Marina focuses on increasing the Cobalt Institute’s visibility in media, developing compelling messages to external audiences and leading on strategic communications projects. She holds a Masters degree in Political Communications and Strategy from the University of Kent. In addition to her native Russian, she is fluent in English and French.
