Mines and Money @ Resourcing Tomorrow will return to London in 2024
Europe's leading mining investment event will return to the Business Design Centre in London from 3 – 5 December 2024.
As Europe's largest mining investment forum, you will hear from some of the greatest leaders in mining, investment, and finance with more than 250 speakers providing the latest market commentary, project updates and insights in tackling the big challenges facing the industry.
Throughout the three-day conference programme, you’ll also hear project updates from more than 100 mining companies, enabling investors to understand management’s vision for the business, the level of financing required, the upsides as well as the risks involved with the project, along with some of the most compelling reasons to invest.
Michael Pickersgill is a partner and head of the Mining and Metals practice at Torys LLP, a leading Canadian law firm. Mike practices corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on corporate finance, M&A and streaming, royalty and alternative finance. He has particular expertise designing and executing innovative alternative financing solutions for mining projects around the globe.
Mike has helped design the streaming structures for metals such as diamonds, lithium, cobalt and graphite. Mike led the Triple Flag Precious Metals IPO, the largest mining sector IPO in Canada in the last 10 years. Mike also led the team that assisted in the sale of the largest thermal coal producer in Canada, including the creation of a portfolio of synthetic royalties.
