Mines and Money @ Resourcing Tomorrow will return to London in 2024
Europe's leading mining investment event will return to the Business Design Centre in London from 3 – 5 December 2024.
As Europe's largest mining investment forum, you will hear from some of the greatest leaders in mining, investment, and finance with more than 250 speakers providing the latest market commentary, project updates and insights in tackling the big challenges facing the industry.
Throughout the three-day conference programme, you’ll also hear project updates from more than 100 mining companies, enabling investors to understand management’s vision for the business, the level of financing required, the upsides as well as the risks involved with the project, along with some of the most compelling reasons to invest.
Paul moved to CRU's newly-formed Sustainability team in August 2021 where he is working closely with clients and internally on carbon market and energy transition issues.
Paul joined CRU in 2012 and, latterly, was responsible for CRU's analysis across the whole steel value chain, from raw materials through to finished steel, as well as CRU's Steel cost services, a comprehensive suite of cost models covering iron ore mining, coal mining, steelmaking and ferroalloys operations worldwide.
Paul has 31 years' experience in the steel industry, having worked for Tata Steel, Corus, British Steel and the International Iron and Steel Institute (now the WorldSteel Association) in a range of environmental, strategic, business development, planning and technical roles.
Paul holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, a Ph.D in Theoretical Chemistry and a BSc. Honours Chemistry degree from Manchester University. He is a Chartered Chemist and Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry (CChem MRSC). Paul is based in CRU's Singapore office.
