Ray has 35 years experience in the resources sector, including >15 years as Managing Director and/or Chairman of publicly listed companies ranging from micro-cap mining to ASX 300. Ph.D geoscientist initially working for 15 years in energy and resource sectors domestically and internationally, in both upstream exploration and development including active overseas mineral exploration operations.
Former Managing Director of Bandanna Energy Ltd and director of the $2.5 billion Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal in Gladstone during the initial construction phases. He is a Legal Practitioner in NSW and a member of AusIMM.
