Women in Mining Central America

WIM Central America is an independent non-for-profit center for mining education, advocacy, and promotion of inclusive, diverse, and sustainable workforce in Central America and the Caribbean. Our strategic priorities are Education, Advocacy and Gender. We want to be a resource and build value for the companies working in Central America and the Caribbean, and support them in:

• Improving inclusion and diversity in their organizations,
• have an impact in their communities, host country and region by supporting education efforts in the mineral sector,  
• being a voice that promotes and strengthen the mining industry.
