Resourcing Tomorrow, taking place on 3-5 December 2024 at London's Business Design Centre invites students to apply for the Next-Generation Leaders Programme, open to full-time students. The aim of the programme is for the next generation of leaders to connect with industry professionals, build their network, learn about a range of mining careers and engage in insightful industry discussions.

Our program has a track record of success, having attracted a diverse range of students from esteemed institutions renowned for their mining courses, such as Imperial College, Camborne, and Dundee. Furthermore, we also had students pursuing related courses in subjects like geology, engineering, and business, to name just a few, from universities such as St. Andrews, Oxford, Bristol, Leicester, and East Anglia.

As Europe's largest mining, energy and resources event, our program is designed to inspire the next generation of mining professionals to make their mark in the industry. The program provides access to listen to over 250 thought leaders speaking across the three streams.
