He currently serves as CEO and Founder of the Critical Minerals Association of the United States with office and operations in Washington D.C. He is also Principal of RMiller Consulting Global Advisors, a boutique Firm specialized in legal, government and strategic foreign direct investment affairs. Wil served as legal clerk for the Hon. Judge Daniel Dominguez at the U.S. Federal Court for the District of Puerto Rico then shifted into implementation of sustainable economic
development policies in Government as an Assistant Secretary at the Department of Economic Development and Commerce. During his career he’s managed multiple strategic projects producing well over $500million investments which also have generated thousands of new jobs. His passion for sustainability pillars in projects has enabled successful partnerships across Europe, Asia and Latin America.
